How long will it take to transport my vehicle? The time it will take to transport your vehicle will depend mainly on the distance from pickup to delivery. The longer the distance, the longer the delivery time. On the average it’s usually takes: 5-14 days from the East to the West Coast 3-8 days from the East to Midwest Coast 3-8 days from the West to Midwest Coast 3-8 days from the South to the North Coast

Do I have to pay a deposit?Yes! There is a $50.00 non refundable deposit. This deposit is used to process your order and place you on the loading board for a carrier to see.
-
Can I put items in the car during the transport?Only place items in the trunk You should pack nothing in the cab of your vehicle. Because the cab has windows, anyone looking in will be able to see what’s inside. Both front seats and front seat floorboards must be empty and free of any personal items. The backseat must also remain empty. However, we allow this if you get in touch and arrange an all-inclusive rate for any items placed there. Per Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, we’re not allowed to ship anything outside the vehicle on an open transport trailer. This is possible if you ship with an enclosed auto transport trailer. Items such as transmission or an additional engine can be shipped outside of the vehicle, as long as you crate them. If you are shipping a vehicle to or from Hawaii, there are no exceptions. You are not allowed to ship any personal items inside the vehicle. Some companies do allow you to ship a certain number of items inside your car, but the following limitations tend to apply: • Items must be below the height of the window but preferably in the trunk • The total weight of the goods must not exceed 100 pounds. • Prohibited items include drugs, alcohol, explosives, firearms, flammable items, or anything illegal.. The carrier will not be responsible for valuable items.
-
Do I personally have to be present for my car to be picked up or delivered? No you personally do not have to be present for the pick up or delivery. Our carriers can retrieve or deliver your vehicle from a family member, friend, or a next door neighbor. Someone will need to be present to sign paperwork for the pickup and the delivery.
-
If my vehicle is inoperable or not running can I still ship it?Yes you can. We have many carriers who have what’s called a wench to load vehicles that are not running. Now carriers that have this wench usually charge more to transport than operating vehicles simply because the insurance is more expensive, plus the weight of the wench causes more weigh station fees. The cost also is determined by the vehicle make and model.
-
What form of payment do you accept ?We accept all major credit cards, Including debit cards. Cash is the form of payment to the driver unless prior arrangements are made.
-
